'It was beautiful, an incredible property. I was lucky enough to stay in the presidential suite which was a dream. I was in the king room which was amazing but slightly louder being on the top floor as the roof acts like now of an echo chamber so you can hear the dogs bark at night. If you are not sensitive to noise then this won’t bother you! For me, it was too much. The food cooked by Carlos was wonderful. Abi, thank you, you have done a great job. '

'We loved staying at Casona La Recoleta! We were traveling with 4 children, and this hotel was perfect. There was a loft with beds for the kids and a second bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with food every morning, which was super convenient and good. We would have stayed here the entire week, but they were booked the second half of our stay. 'Kori Gems had a very unique, Peruvian feel to it. The staff were wonderfully helpful. We had so many questions and requests for assistance, and they answered everything with a friendly smile. The hotel is about a three minute walk to Plaza de Armas, and maybe a few minutes more to San Blas. It's central to everything. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!'

'A family hostel at a 10 min walk from the center. Nice clean room with a view on the garden and mountains. Owner doesn speak any english so that was a pity. If he arranges a taxi you pay 3x the price. Also the room we booked was al of a sudden more expensive but after some discussion we got the room that was promised. But we could leave our luggage for a night while going to Aguas Calientes and we had a good time in Ollantaytambo. '
