'We came across this hotel by chance and well we're surprised in a very good way! The location itself is not that great (not near any beach or lively town that is), but the resort is very beautiful. Cottages built around the garden, full of trees, flowers and butterflies. This is great tranquil place to come at rest when you had a trip of several weeks to Japan mainland (like we did). Like always in Japan, the staff is very helpful and will assist you quickly as best he can. Their English is...

'Nestled on the top of hill, fresh air and breezy wherever you’re taking a walk surrounding the hotel. Staff were superb! Had a minor issue where one of the bed corners caused a deep scratched and room changed were offered immediately, we saw staff members who went to fix the corners of the bed where incident took place at the same time when we were moving out. Pool was kids friendly too, we love the hot tub (onsen) within the hotel too.'

'Plenty of seating in the main lobby area to relax, read, or just stare out into the surrounding ocean. Direct beach access and outdoor showers. Onsen (温泉) is located on the top floor which overlooks the ocean.'

'This accommodation far exceeded our expectations. The condo is roomy with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, large kitchen, dining area and living area. There is a nice balcony off the dining room and another narrow balcony off the kitchen. Decor is modern, clean lines and comfortable. Fluffy duvets cover the beds.
