The place was very comfortable, with plenty of space both inside and out to socialize or take some quiet time to yourself. It also had casitas for each nuclear group to have private space too. It was great because the Wi-Fi and the pool kept teenagers happy and engaged with each other. 'The property was in a great location, just close enough to the Frio river to not be a hassle to get to and just far enough away to feel someone private and secluded. My party had friends fly in from other states and the site was easy to find and accessible. The pool was a much appreciated amenity after several scorched and long days on the river. 'This house is amazing! The design is ideal - every room has a bathroom. The kitchen, living, and dining area was large and really family friendly. My kids favorite part was the large pool and outdoor kitchen area which included a TV. In the mornings, you could sit outside with your coffee and watch deer and other wildlife. Also… the mattresses were amazing!'

'This spot is both beautiful and serene. I loved the individual cabins. The outdoor space was gorgeous. The pool was a great size for a bunch of teenagers. The only negative (if you even want to consider it a negative) is there isn't a large living/family room for everyone to gather out in one spot of the heat. 'The location along the river, far from the noise of town was wonderful! The dark skies perfect for star gazing! We spent so much time outside on the patio. Nathan the caretaker was very kind, friendly, and checked in on us briefly each day to be sure all was well. A terrific getaway!'
