'Place was nice and cozy but could hear the upstairs people loudly'

'Was super clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Fits description and photos to a tee. Host was very helpful and easy to get in contact with if we needed to. Even left a thank you gift for us at the end of our stay. Not a bad thing to say. '

'Comfortable stay. Unit was very quiet. Area is new so lots of construction close by. With the AC running in the rest of the house (most of the day) it made the unit cold. There was no way to control the temperature in the unit. Would have been great to have a side table with a lamp in the bedroom I slept in. Gravel walkway at the side of the house to access the unit. Need to be careful walking on the loose gravel. Overall stay was excellent. '

'Warning: Advertised as a whole home but is a basement suite; the family upstairs was crazy loud at all hours of the day and night, making it difficult to sleep. Fold-out sofa did not have appropriate bedding. Very weak water pressure for shower and toilet. Overall cleanliness was not great - including a stinky old kitchen sponge that should not had been left for guests. '

'There was a bit of difficulty initially getting into the home. However, after speaking to Lenny, she was able to reset the lock code, for my family of 5 to enter, within 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and Lenny was very responsive to all communication. Her home was comfortable and clean. I would recommend her home to any family staying in Barrie. Thank you Lenny!'
