'The property and views were wonderful and Mr. Luigi was fantastic. PLEASE do yourself a favor and enter the address into Google or Apple Maps and DO NOT rely on the map within the VRBO app. It is wrong. This Villa is up the hill in Perledo and not very accessible walking. We made due but it was certainly not where VRBO leads you to believe it is.'

'Our room overlooks the mountains, but the view you can admire from the terrace is truly fantastic.We went to visit the nearby castle and it was truly fantastic to walk through the woods to reach it.We will definitely return in the summer to do some excursions on the lake.A greeting to the hosts who have always been available and kind.See you soonMarco'

'Sehr schönes gelegene Unterkunft. Viele Treppen führen ins Haus, was uns noch nicht ganz so viel ausgemacht hat aber doch sehr anstrengend waren. Dafür wurden wir mit einem tollen Ausblick auf dem See von der gemeinschaftlichen Terrasse belohnt. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Bei den heißen Temperaturen wäre es ratsam, dass der Vermieter über ein kleinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer nachdenkt. Keine Möglichkeit in der Unterkunft zu frühstücken. 'Een heerlijke vakantie gehad in de mooie statige Italiaanse woning met authentieke details. Prachtig uitzicht over het Comomeer, mooie terrassen en balkons. Het geluid van de beek geeft al een vakantiegevoel. Fijn dat er een kleine supermarkt in de buurt zit die bijna alles heeft. Ook genoten van het Italiaanse dorp waar de inwoners een eigen sociaal leven hebben met veel levendigheid. 'A wonderful stay at a stunning property! The views are to die for and the house full of traditional charm, we loved it! Dinners on the terrace were a highlight - the kitchen, although small was well equipped. We loved Bellano as it was very well connected by train and ferry but nice and quiet after experiencing the busier towns on the lake. 'This property is outstanding. We wanted to stay closer to switzerland (where we were headed after Lake Como) and wanted to be out of the thick of the crowds. This ended up being perfect. The house is composed of an upstairs apartment and a main floor apartment. We rented both. In-laws were upstairs and our family with baby was downstairs.
