'Great hotel, really comfortable, amazing walking opportunities.
We booked half board, food was good, but a bit "dated" very classical and heavy desserts. For a hotel in an outdoor environment the portion size were not very big (I need a bit more then michelin star portion sizes after a whole day out).
Staff level could be a bit higher for full 5 star, some of the staff was bit unexperienced/uncertain.
But these were minor points, will definately come back and was amazing stay

Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, met alles wat je kan wensen. Vers fruit, smoothies en lokale specialiteiten zoals worst en kazen. 'The check in agent was kind and pleasant and my registration processes fast and smooth. The hotel is centrally located to the bus station which was super convenient for me. The hotel has few amenities other than dining, and the rooms are rather basic and small however that is all that I required for my short stay, and the price point matched my needs.
Breakfast is included and the variety was very good, particularly the fresh pressed juices. However, the breakfast attendant was extremely rude....

One thing they don't make clear (or else I missed it!) is that your funicular ticket to get to and from the hotel is included, so you need to tell them at the ticket window at the bottom of the slope that you are staying in the hotel.

The manager and associate who checked us in were friendly and helped us with our luggage to our room.
