'This place was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself was spotless. Super clean everywhere. The staff was incredibly helpful to us. They assisted us with information about the city and transportation to multiple places we visited. Irinia, is absolutely incredible. She never hesitated in helping us and always went the extra mile in order to make herself available to us. We sure recommend this hotel to everyone, and we will come back someday. Thank you for everything guys….we will miss you!!!! Ciao...

'Great hotel, clean, service amazing. Only not easy to reach by public transport. And the shuttle bus only drives in the mornings!'

'Great place and a beautiful hotel. The inside was well made and very comfortable.'

Douche zelf heel goed. Gedateerde inrichting. '

'It was an absolute delight and pleasure to have stayed in this amazing hotel. Great location, amazing staff and excellent maintained rooms. I was very pleased with the airco system, the room equipment, breakfast, and daily amenities. I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitailty, kindness and helpfull frontdesk staff. I felt more than welcome, at home and will for sure stay again. Thanks so much for the great service!'

'Chambre superbe !

'Only 5 units in this beautifully renovated palazzo. Great location. Very clean, good size rooms. First floor has a beautiful common area living room. Breakfast area on the second floor serves a good spread every morning. The palazzo was better than " four star" hotels we have stayed in during our trip around Italy this year. Staff on site only part of the day but no issues with access. Barbara sends all required info by email well in advance. We loved Bergamo and our stay in Porta Picta!'

'Superb location and what a view at the pool! Magic time for us and our kids '
