Welcome to our fantastic 50m² studio, with modern and functional decoration that will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.







THE SPACE



Our studio has a fully equipped kitchen, to guarantee you a comfortable and relaxing stay. The sleeping area has a double bed (1,50x1,90 mts) and an extra double bed (1,35x1,90 mts), perfect for families or groups of friends.



We also provide bed linen, towels, shampoo and shower gel so that you don't have to worry about anything during your stay. Our studio has high speed internet connection and TV so you can relax and be entertained during your stay.







ADAPTED BATHROOM



The private bathroom is adapted for people with reduced mobility, so you can enjoy your stay in total comfort. The bathroom has a raised WC with grab bars, a lowered hand basin and a floor-level shower adapted for wheelchairs with chair.



The neighbourhood where the studio is located is safe and quiet, just five minutes from Valencia's Plaza del Ayuntamiento. The studio is very well connected with the metro and buses, so you can move around the city easily and quickly. We are also close to supermarkets, train stations and the stunning beaches of Las Arenas and Malvarrosa.
