Staying at our apartment in Valencia provides a captivating blend of culture, art, and seaside delights. Guests can immerse themselves in the city's vibrant lifestyle, explore architectural wonders, savour culinary delights, and unwind on the beautiful beaches, making it an ideal destination for an unforgettable vacation.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries for delicious homemade meals and a dining table.

The loft bedroom has a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience, featuring a soothing jacuzzi, creating a serene oasis for ultimate comfort and rejuvenation.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Eixample, or L'Eixample, is a vibrant and central neighbourhood in Valencia, Spain. This area is renowned for its modernist architecture, wide boulevards, and grid-like street layout, making it a unique and visually striking part of the city.

L'Eixample is characterized by its cosmopolitan atmosphere, featuring a mix of residential and commercial spaces. The neighbourhood offers a wide range of shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options, making it a lively and dynamic place to explore.

The neighbourhood's central location provides easy access to many of Valencia's main attractions and cultural landmarks. From historical sites like the Valencia Cathedral and the Central Market to contemporary attractions like the City of Arts and Sciences, L'Eixample is an excellent starting point for discovering the city's diverse offerings.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Bailén, is just a 12-minute walk.

Valencia Airport is a 14-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
