Located near Avenida del Puerto, very close to the City of Arts and Sciences, the Fallas Museum and the Aqua, El Saler and El Corte Inglés shopping centres. The area is mainly residential and quiet, but it is also easily accessible to the city centre by public transport. You can find small neighbourhood shops and restaurants nearby.



The 70 m2 apartment has the following spaces:

- Spacious living room with sofa, pleasant round dining table, HD TV with access to an external balcony.

- Modern open-plan kitchen to the living-dining room fully equipped, with washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, kettle…

- Master bedroom with double bed of 180x190cm and practical wardrobe.

- Bathroom with double sink and mirrors, toilet, shower and bathtub.

- The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 135x190cm and a small wardrobe.



It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher liquid, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel). 1 bottle of mineral water.

The Neighbourhood:

La Creu del Grau is a neighbourhood located in the Camins Al Grau district, in the east of Valencia. It borders, to the north, with Puerto Avenue; to the east, with Ibiza Street; to the south, with Baleares Avenue; and, to the west, with Lebón Street. The neighbourhood alternates residential buildings with small green areas. There is good bus communication and it is possible to reach the nearest metro stations to the neighbourhood (Ayora and Marítim-Serrería).



100 metres from the apartment there are all kinds of services, restaurants, hairdressers, bicycle rental, shopping centres Aqua, El Saler, El Corte Inglés, Supermarkets: Mercadona, Lidl, Consum etc…

Just a few metres from the building there is;
