'Tempo e temperatura quasi perfetti, ottimo l'hotel con una spianata davanti di prato ampissima ed una vista montagne splendida. Molto buoni i ristoranti convenzionati indicatici con sconto. Non mi abituo al piumone, ma è poco male.'

Breakfast was excellent, and the view while enjoying it in the morning was another delight. Dinner at the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Anna Stuben, gave us a truly memorable experience as well. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Ortisei. Highly recommended!'

'Room service went into my room and started making bed and cleaning while I was having breakfast (a 7am). All my luggage was still in the room so it was evident I was still using the room.'

'The owner and staff were wonderful. The layout of the complex gave it a feeling of being home. It is designed to make you feel like you are at home. The bar/lounge area was super inviting, felt like family in the lounge, and everyone was happy. The rooms were very nice; again, they made us feel like we were at home. The closets were marvelous. The spa service fees during the fall were so reasonable that I booked several appointments. Love it when I don't feel like I'm giving up a kidney...
