'The lobby and bar are verry luxurious but all the other parts of the hotel are a bit out dated. Also they want your credit card information writen down even when you have booked with expedia, maybe should have been mentiond somewhere.'

'Modern and Beautiful hotel strategically located at city center. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful - all essential information was well communicated. The room is spacious with comfortable bed, very clean and well maintained in general. Rooftop restaurant has a fantastic view and the breakfast was well organised with helpful staffs. Will definitely return to this hotel if happen to revisit this city in near future.'

'My family had such a great time staying at this hotel. This hotel offers great view with outdoor pools and many seating areas you can relax after any activities near Ortisei. What sets this hotel apart from other hotels we have been to are amazing breakfast they offer and even better 3 or 4 course dinner they offer. We had dinner for 3 days and they offered different meals which were amazing every day. I would highly recommend this hotel if anyone is staying in Ortisei.'

'It was only a five min walk to the hotel from the train station. Many nice restaurants near by and a large shopping. Enter on your way to the station. Nice little bar erea below the hotel. Staff very friendly. Received a complimentary cable car pass once we had booked in.'
