'Good place. I extended my stay.'

'Very slow internet Room was ok Location is hard to find and to get to '

'The room was very clean and the hotel location is in a peaceful forest 15 minutes walk to McLeod Ganj where the Dalai Lama lives and the main square. The food at breakfast was excellent and you can ask for things like bananas that were not on the table. The staff were attentive. Our laundry service was excellent as well.'

'Personeel was uitmuntend. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hotel is wandelafstand van de winkelstraat en het tempel complex. Schoon en comfortabel. Restaurant serveert een goed ontbijt en avond eten.'

'Namami is an oasis of comfort and sophistication in a remote location of Himachal Pradesh. In close vicinity of a hugely popular pilgrimage, its location adds a great value to the property. The hotel is equipped with all that a guest may expect of a 4-star property. The dining facilities may need an upgrade but the warmth and simplicty of the staff makes up for the deficiency in variety of cuisine. Overall a very good experience that compels one to come back and stay with them again.'

'Staff was not that helpful and accommodating'

'The staff were so helpful and really looked after us. Even quickly giving me a seperate room to my friend very late at night, when she was really ill and needed space. The location is also stunning. I would recommend Chonor House. Thanks.'

'Great place for family'

'Good location but it gives you a feeling of staying in a budget hotel… despite charging good amount for stay, the hotel does not offer basic amenities in the room like slippers, tooth brush kit, soap etc You will have to ask for everything!! Toilet seats are too small and uncomfortable- it’s kids size only so anyone with good physique and height will feel very uncomfortable! Overall 3 star experience - could have been better as I have stayed in much better hotels in Palampur. This place is...

'Room was clean, staff was very kind and helpful, dinner in the restaurant hotel was great (we came when they were closing and they waited for us)'
