'The cabin was cozy; comfortable; clean; everything we needed; decorated nicely plus Christmas tree and decor; friendly and attentive hosts. There are not enough nice things to say about them. If I could rate it a 20 out of 10 I would. We will stay again if available next time!! There were home laid eggs, snacks, water, etc. The atmosphere was wonderful!!'

'The hotel seemed to be under renovation so there was some construction debris and supplies sitting around but they are trying to improve the property so that is understandable. I wished that the pool had been indoors so we could have used it. The breakfast was a little sparse limited choices, no meat or eggs. Only biscuits and gravy for hot meals and waffles. The bagels and toast were pretty sparse and only apples for fruit.'

'This was our 3rd time staying at the Homestead Hideaway and once again, it did not disappoint. The location is perfect for a quiet and stress free stay. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and we enjoy the jetted tub in the master bath. We'll continue to return for as long as this quality property is available. '
