'The food at the Piedmont Restaurant was not good. The menu was too sophisticated for the staff to execute. The lodge rooms were updated, but not very clean. There was a bridge in the gardens with rotted wooden slats and steps, and one section of the rail was missing altogether. The staff was friendly and helpful.'

The housekeepers spoke no English and we had to communicate with them through our phone translator, which really didn’t help.When we got there, a lot of people were waiting to check in because the rooms were not ready. The first room that was given to us smelled heavy of urine. I was given another room with no problem but there are visible stains on the comforters, carpets and curtains. When I showered the towel that I used looked like someone had previously used it clean their hands after working on a vehicle. I guarantee you I was not THAT dirty. Overall...
