'House is old so has some quirks and could use updating but overall it did the job we needed. We planned to prepare and eat all meals there.The kitchen was short on some essentials - ie no sponge no pancake turner, measuing cups or measuring spoons. The kitchen has only one outlet which is not conveniently located and only one appliance can be plugged in at once. Living room was spacious and good seating but the only light was a small accent lamp that was not even enough light to read by. On...

They home is nicely decorated and comfortable, and in a nice older neighborhood where we enjoyed walking and speaking with others out walking their dogs. Terrance was great to work with as well. 'This home was perfect accommodation for us while my son was able to take a few days off from boot camp. The ambiance is cozy, modern, and welcoming. All the necessities were there so we were able to easily make home-cooked meals. The claw foot tub made for a lovely Saturday morning. 'This house was very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the extra toiletries that were left for our use if needed. The neighborhood is not the greatest, but seems fairly standard for the surrounding area. This area is red on the crime map which I discovered after booking it and after my cancelation window was closed. Dewayne tried to charge me more for extra guests when I asked if I would have enough towels and washcloths for 5 people even though the house is advertised...

'This was a cute house and the perfect size for 4 of us. It was only a 5 - 10 minute drive to the river and many restaurants. I would stay here again!'
