Dit walk-up gastenverblijf / appartement is onlangs gerenoveerd met extra badkamer. U heeft uw eigen prvt-ingang, tuin en balkon. Perfect voor 2 gasten. 30min rijden naar de stad op LIRR in VS. Winkel tot je erbij bent in slechts enkele minuten bij Green Acres Mall. Bestuurders hebben toegang tot belangrijke snelwegen zoals Belt Parkway, Southern State, Sunrise Highway en Cross Island. Perfect voor reizigers met lange tussenstops.

Afgezien van het feit dat de suite gunstig is gelegen aan een doodlopende straat zonder huizen erachter, kun je zeker ontspannen en wat Z's inhalen of buiten je prvt-balkon stappen en genieten van een goed boek. BBQ wanneer het weer het toelaat in uw eigen tuin. Lente en zomer vangen weekend honkbalwedstrijden vanaf uw eigen privé-terras of vangen gewoon wat stralen op de ligstoelen. High School atletiekbaan beschikbaar voor oefening een korte wandeling naar de doodlopende weg.

Lovely Small Place

My stay was lovely. Clean & comfortable, and location is decent. Quiet, too!17 minute walk to Long Island Railroad, and about a 6 minute to local stores / restaurants up the block.

Not the oasis as billed

Veronica the manager was very communicative, no problem there. The price point was very comfortable as well. But this was more of a gramma's attic space with a cramped water closet than an "oasis" get-a-away as advertised. To be prepared for you stay, any lady guest needs to know that there is no counter space around the bathroom sink... my wife had to work off the toilette to do her make-up. The shower stall was cramped too. The blankets/bedding and bath towels were very worn and needed updating. The room had a bed and a mini fridge/coffee maker set up and a TV. But no indoor seating space - the half love seat in the corner jammed under the angled attic ceiling doesn't serve as a comfortable option. There is a fold away card table for dinning, but again, not comfortable. The outside deck was a nice touch, but it is very dated, needs painting. The "private" patio was very worn and dirty. The outside stairs to the accommodation were challenging to negotiate, and the lighting in that patio area were inoperable. The advertisement said you can use the local high school track for exercise... not the case as it is behind a locked fence with "no trespassing" signs. Overall, appreciate the owner's communication and the price, but the accommodation was worn and tired and cramped. More like a 1.5 star motel than a 10/10 VRBO special treat.

Cozy studio above main house

It is above the owner's house so you have to be aware of noise. It is very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is poor lighting and a small mirror in the bathroom. When doing hair and applying make up was a challenge. Also I could not get the TV to work. It had no internet access. It said there was access to hulu but I could not get the TV to work at all but I did not contact the owner as it was late. Overall I really enjoyed the stay. It is very close access to everything and very clean and comfortable. The water that was left as well as all of the coffee selection for the morning was nice. Would recommended for quick stay.
