'I arrived at around 3 a.m., and the host was still thoughtfully checking in to see if I needed any help. It made me feel very welcome. I had a wonderful stay—the room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy.'

'Everything was great'

'The space worked perfectly for 4 adults. The location was excellent to walk to local attractions, food spots and public transportation. The main bedroom was very spacious. We’d definitely stay here again in the future!'

'The room was clean and in a great location. The apartment is only accessible via staircase. The hosts are responsive and helpful. Thanks!'

'I was there in the summer, and it was a little hot. The AC is good you just have to wait about a half hour to feel it working after you turn it on. Also the main lights are from the kitchen and the bathroom, but there is a floor lamp and two windows that help keep things lit. The bathroom was really nice and the water pressure was good. The bed is super comfy and the tv was the perfect size for watching fifa!'

'Oyo is a good place to stay in the heart of Times Square if you don’t want to spend a fortune. It’s especially good for a single traveler just coming for Broadway shows. The rooms are very tiny (but good for one). The only complaint is the mattress-it feels like a sleeper sofa (a hideaway bed that is thin and noisy.) Otherwise it’s fine if all you need is a place to sleep and shower. I would stay here again.'

'Communication was excellent. Everything was exactly as advertised. This place was with when walking distance of every place that I needed to visit. I'd rent again in a heartbeat'

'The leaking toilet had having to mop up each flush was a bit inconvenient but the rest of the stay was great.'

'Really liked the walkability. '

'Fantastische Lage direkt in der Nähe aller Sehenswürdigkeiten, alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein, aber warm und einladend.'

'New York City hotels can be very cold and indifferent, well, this place Is not, although everything is to the point, no extra frills, the staff is quite warm and very available to solve any situations very quickly. I’ve stayed in many places and almost none compare to the kind and available people who take care of this place and its visitors. Fully recommend, great central location super close to a nice park, restaurants and shops. Book it!'

'The host was difficult to reach and choose to communicate by text instead of using the VRBO site. It was really hot in New York and the AC didn't quite do the job.'

'Thank you for letting us use your place for Valentine’s Day weekend. The apartment was clean and had every amenity possible. When we’re in New York again I hope to stay here again.'

'Great spot, great space. Great communication. Would definitely book the place again.'

'This is listed as a two bedroom but that is really not true. It is one room, essentially a studio, with a frosted glass partition (through which light and sound pass) and door in the middle, and a bed on either side (and no living room or common area). The person in the outer half has to walk through the other "bedroom" to get to the tiny bathroom, and the bed takes up most of one "room" and a large part of the other. There is no A/C so the windows were open when we arrived and there were a...
