'The pictures of the property were accurate. Beds large and comfortable. However, the host did not answer his phone the few times I called. I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. He seemed confused when we arrived however, we arrived 30 minutes early.
