We decided to take a day trip, never been to the area and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to stay, especially during the busy months you get to avoid the more touristy spots and stay in a very comfortable secluded space.'

'We stayed here with 2 other families and it’s great! The house has plenty of beds and bathrooms, is very clean and has an awesome space to eat together with a full kitchen. The outside is great with a pond to fish, use the paddle boat and paddle board. The locations was about 20 minutes away where we could float for the day. We would definitely recommend and will be coming back! '

'We ( family of 3 & one extra preteen) had an amazing time at this property . We stayed 2 nights and 3 days. Location is amazing if you're going out and exploring. We did a float from alley springs to eminence (water was a bit high so that was the float available) we used Windy's outfitters ( less then a block away) . We explored Ally springs and Rocky Falls. The communication with host leading up to check in was excellent. Getting into the property was no hassle at all. Arriving at property...
