'I have stayed at a Tru by Hilton before and I absolutely loved it and I said I’d always chose that hotel. It is very very clean, the employees are very nice. There was an issue with the family in the room next to us, I called the front desk and they took care of the issue so everyone was happy. I will always choose Tru by Hilton no matter the location because this is my 2nd one I’ve been to, both being different locations and they have been amazing!! '

'Mooie entree. Ruime parkeerplaatsen. Hele ruime kamer, fijne badkamer met shampoo, douchefris etc... koelkast. Stil en veilig. Personeel niet onvriendelijk, maar zeker niet vriendelijk. Afstandelijk en zakelijk. Ontbijt echt minimaal, maar voor de prijs mag en kan je niet meer verwachten. Dus geen klacht. Prima om vanuit het hotel naar restaurants, downtown of bijvoorbeeld het leuke en interessante american sign museum te gaan. Prima dus'

'I needed a room at this interchange for one night. I got it. The room is plain and needs some serious updating, as almost everything is worn. BUT it was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Good lighting but not one wastebasket. Cheap and adequate, but would stay elsewhere if it was for more than one night. '

'It is just a place reasonable price to stop and sleep. Not a place to want to stay for any length of time. They have nothing to offer.the lobby is locked and you have to talk to them through a window. They take no pride in their building or business.'

After 45 minutes we abandon our reservation and went somewhere else. After contacting the facility for a refund they said basically that we're not eligible because we didn't get there early enough in the day. Had no time was anything indicated that there was a deadline for checking in during the reservation...
