'Mooie entree. Ruime parkeerplaatsen. Hele ruime kamer, fijne badkamer met shampoo, douchefris etc... koelkast. Stil en veilig. Personeel niet onvriendelijk, maar zeker niet vriendelijk. Afstandelijk en zakelijk. Ontbijt echt minimaal, maar voor de prijs mag en kan je niet meer verwachten. Dus geen klacht. Prima om vanuit het hotel naar restaurants, downtown of bijvoorbeeld het leuke en interessante american sign museum te gaan. Prima dus'

'It was very easy to get on and off the interstate, the room was comfortable and the only thing I would say that wasn't that good was the breakfast it could have had more of a selection and what they did have was not looking tasty! The staff was great'

'The breakfast was poor. They ran out of food (almost all of the food options) and clean plates by 8:45. The food was not replenished. We had to go elsewhere for breakfast. It was disappointing.'

There is a ton of dust, parts are covered in plastic to try to avoid the dust, carpet is ripped off in many places. Our room was clean for the most part, but the dirty towels from the previous guest were still hung behind the bathroom door and the sink was covered in their shaving clippings. 'Nice suite with a view and was very clean. Would be nice to have smart TVs in the room so you can sign into your streaming service. Very quiet compared to other places I've stayed lately so that was nice as well.'

'The property could definitely use some upgrades. Visual signs of water damage and poor repairs. It gave low budget extended stay unfortunately. First and last stay at Sonesta.'

'The hotel seems to be undergoing renovations still or did some quick patch work. Standard breakfast, nothing to rave about. I had to switch rooms the first smelled like smoke. Do not stay on the first floor, very noisy. Outside of the hotel needs more lighting for the parking lot area. It's close to the highway and other hotels in that area. Bathroom was clean, shower area could use work. Nothing on Wi-Fi never used it. 6/10 because the room was spacious.'

'This was a last minute decision, we had a new renovated room which was nice with a walk in shower, plenty of room and nice bed. Definitely worth the stay!! The staff was friendly on check in and check out.'

'Horrible!! Worst hotel I have been to. Dirty rugs, old food in microwave, food in kitchen drawers, trash can full and overflowing with food, refrigerator dirty. My husband had to take out the trash. Bathroom floor was sticky. We checked out within 2 hours of checking in!'
