'Which hotel at 2:45 to check in they told me the room wasn’t ready with it for an hour. Came back. Still wasn’t ready. Wait it again for next hour. Come back then they tell me they didn’t have a room for me. I’m coming all the way from CANADA with my kids for basketball tournament. 2 of my kids has Down Syndrome atautistic and the other one has Crohn’s we’ve been travelling for eight hours and they tell me they don’t have a room for me that I booked. 'The first room that we were given still had cleaning supplies in it and the electronic door lock did not secure the door. There was no breakfast provided as listed. We were very disappointed with this hotel and don't recommend you stay there unless price is your only considerartion.'

'It was ok, the gentleman (staff member) at the desk was extremely nice for check in and very welcoming. The top bedding cover had a stain on it and the picture seems nicer than in reality could use some updating.'

'I was supposed to stay here for one night while out of town for work. The room was so stuffy and stinky I ended up sleeping in my car. I’m not usually picky either I rough it pretty regularly. The icing on the cake was check out. I had put a deposit for the room & they wanted my card to put the deposit back. They said putting the money back declined & I never got the deposit back from the room I never used.'
