'We stayed three days and it was a fine hotel for the price. We could have stayed down the road at the $362 per night place, but that was out of the question, budget-wise. This place was responsive to requests and even allowed us to switch to a more accessible room. Parking was good, the rooms were OK - considering the age of the building. Maintenance is an issue there, but again, considering the age of the building, they are trying to keep up.'

'I gave the staff a 1 only because I was waiting for the elevator. When it arrived, a staff member was in it with a large bin of dirty laundry. She was on her phone. She saw I was waiting and she continued texting on her phone for at least 30 seconds not getting out of the elevator and blocking it from anyone getting in. 'Arrived about 5 hours early before check-in. Even with the craziness of the holiday weekend, they were able to get me checked in 3 hours earlier than anticipated. Room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Hotel was located close to downtown St. Ignace, and had quick access to the bridge. Which allowed us to beat a lot of the traffic going back south. Breakfast was great, service was great, we will definitely be back!'
