'We had a great stay ! Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Great location to all places we visited - Hatley Pointe, Appalachian hiking trails, Biltmore Estate. The best part about the hotel was the staff. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast area was extremely kind. Very happy with our stay. '

'The place was very old. Doors had been chewed by an animal for sure. We had to get our own towels, t paper, Kleenex, etc.. th safe didn’t work and they said they would fix it and they did not . We left a day early because of this. There was blood in bathroom wall and dog hair everywhere. The chair was taken from the room . Only one chair to sit in. '

'The hotel was oke-ish. Rooms are noisy (I had bad luck to have a couple of kids next door), also for traffic noise. Rooms are kind of clean but not perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable though! The building needs some serious maintenance. Breakfast was bad, like so bad I would advice to just do not offer breakfast to the guests. It saves money and a big disappointment..'
