No drinking anywhere near the pool or hot tub. Pool usage is at your own risk and children must be supervised by an adult at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Heating of the pool is available for an extra fee of $150 per night, with a minimum of 3 nights. Reach out to us 24 hours prior to your arrival as it takes time to heat the pool up.
Please be aware that the pool is closed during the winter season - this is dependent on weather and temperature. Rest assured, the hot tub will always be heated and is included with your reservation.

Note, to respect our neighbours we can't allow backyard use after 10 pm (includes pool/hot tub/patio) and please no loud music or loud noises outside the home anytime.
