Driving up from Seattle, we were there on April 27th for the event at BC Place. Stayed one night. Room was clean but my towel in the shower area was dirty with hair in it, very disgusting and unexpected. Another thing, next morning our friends were up in the lounge on floor 23, and asked us to join them for planning our day, we stepped in and felt harrassed by the staff asking us if we were members, etc, and told us we could not take a seat next to our friends even though many tables were totally empty. We said just charge us for entrance or anything like food, which we never had any of. We were not looking for a free meal by any means. But they wouldn't agree. Very embarassing for us with our friends watching, and very unfortunate that this happened! Especially when we were the ones who asked our Seattle friends to stay with us in the Pan Pacific hotel, and got them to stay here instead of the JD across from the event venue. Disappointed in the behaviour of the staff in the lounge, and of course the expectation is to have clean towels in our room. Likely never stay again due the lounge staff behaviour.

The view was great as well as the walkability; closed to cafe and restaurants. The bad thing about this place was the facility. The fridge was broken and the shower gel was so little( they gave us just a tiny one when we had 4 ppl. staying). I had to call the room service to come fix the fridge and give us more shower gel.

Everything was fantastic! The front desk staff also answered a lot of questions regarding the boarding process and how to deal with luggage.
