Historische hotels in Vancouver Island

"Great hotel. I stayed there for 5 nights while attending a conference. The conference centre is less than a 5 minutes walk. My room had a separate bedroom, a 2nd bed in the living room, a kitchenette and couch. The balcony wasn't very useful to me, but it was nice to be able to open the sliding door to have fresh air. The room was quite humid, but the dehumidifier in the room took care of that nicely. I would have preferred no 2nd bed and a larger table, but I understand the flexibility of it for other travelers. Bathroom was fine as well with a step in tub/shower. Although they have a sign for responsible use of towels the cleaners changed my towels every day. Great stay!"

"Mooie kamer, maar mag ook wel voor deze prijs. Jammer dat zwembad, spa en bar gelijktijdig worden gerenoveerd. Dat zijn toch wel de extraatjes wanneer je de keuze maakt voor een hotel als dit. Vernam het pas bij aankomst."
