'Our stay got off on a negative. The lady at front desk, Jane, was not very welcoming nor did she explain anything about the breakfast, how to connect to WiFi, or anything else most front desk employees share at check-in. The room we selected was the Presidential suite which was roomy and comfortable. However we had problems connecting to the WiFi. 'I have stayed at about every hotel i can think of and i am not a person whom typically writes a review, however, this one was warranted! Wvery part of our stay was too notch from check in to the clean rooms , comfortable beds, spaciousness, actually a microwave AND a decent size fridge in the room. 'The room was very very clean, spacious and comfortable. They have the best pillows that I have ever used at a hotel. The only complaint I would have is that the bathroom fan was very loud and noisy. There was no option to turn it off as it was connected to the light. '

'Our sink didn’t drain and the air conditioner was so dirty my son woke up with really bad sinus infection congestion we told the manager of room cleaning and he said he would take care of it and he didn’t so the clerk came and wiped it out which didn’t clean it so next morning I woke up with really bad congestion. When they made my bed they didn’t even pull up the sheet under bed spread very poor house keepers. I wish I could put the pictures I took of air conditioner'

'The staff was very nice and they welcomed our dog as a last minute addition to our room with no issues. The room was very clean and nicely updated. The bathroom was a bit small but it worked for what we needed. The only complaint that we had was the breakfast. They kept the most minimal items available (ex. one biscuit, etc.). We ended up going to one of the local restaurants nearby both mornings. All in all, we will stay here again when visiting family. '
