'MUY BUEN TRATO DE TODO EL PERSONAL, SOLO FALTARIA UN POCO MAS DE PLAYA Y QUE ESTEN TODAS LAS AREAS HABILITADAS.'

'Bonita Vista a la playa, lo único que luego había que esperar para ingresar al restaurante y en la alberca pedimos una botana y no la cobraron a pesar de que era todo incluido, reclamamos y que si era a la carta era a parte o que teníamos que ir al restaurante, por lo demás todo muy bien'

'En general está bien… aunque los 2 primeros días no me tocó agua caliente pues avisé a recepción y después todo ok. El hotel 🏨 no tiene elevador, muchos escalones y no se puede fumar en la terraza… por lo que tenia que bajar y subir 65 escalones cada vez que queríamos un cigarrillo… deberían de tener una área para fumadores que no sea el portón de la entrada o poner una banca afuera y sombra… estaría bien. Entiendo que hoy día ya aíslan a los fumadores pero somos consumidores como todos....

'The hotel is in the tourist area of Ixtapa; basically a row of big hotels where this is one of the furthest away from that centre. Approx. 450-500 yards. You will find the 'towel-people' here (claim a pool chair in the early morning) but there are still plenty available. The pool is not deeper than a yard and rather big. 'This property is a dream. Our room was perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the little kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed.
