'We arrived at approximately 4:00pm to check in and were met with an awkward reaction. For some reason this hotel has checkin only at 9:00pm, and we missed that note during booking. They made an exception and accommodated us as an exception. Never heard of a hotel only allowing checkin as of 9:00pm. 'This villa is perfect. From the port of Ischia it’s a 20min walk or 5min with a scooter/car. The rooms are always clean with a terrace that has an unbelievable view of the coast of Napoli. Next to the villa they have their restaurant Nibili. They have delicious food and drinks/wine all fresh from natural products of the island. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. They all speak both italian and english. I had a perfect week here, it’s really worth it staying here! '

We asked for a kids seat on the bikes the hotel provides and after some phone calling by the staff this was inmediately arranged! Great service. 'a fancy looking but outdated hotel. It's a big building good looking on the outside, but the inside is outdated and not well maintained. as well cleaning is done in quick form, no details. The bed was sagging old. The sheets and towels were clean luckily. Breakfast was fresh and well set though. There was one person in the kitchen continuously talking very loud, everyone eating breakfast would just have to listen. All in all, just an easy place for logistical reason, but won't stay there again.'

"Wij hebben genoten op deze plek. Maar als je niet van drukte houd dan moet je niet niet zijn. De straat is 24/7 vol met drukte en getoeter van auto’s. Ook zit je niet in het ‘mooie’ stukje van Napels maar wij vonden het wel gezellig. Voor het hotel, de badkamer was niet echt top, het water blijft niet in de douche en gaat heel de badkamer door en wij zaten een kamer naar het kantoor waardoor je om 6 uur in de ochtend soms al wekker werd daar door. de badkamer zat volledig onder de schimmel en stonk verschrikkelijk, de wasbak liep niet door. de matras was versleten, je voelde de vering er door. We hebben andere kamers gevraagd doch was men verontwaardigd en hebben er niets aan gedaan. Het ontbijt was ondermaats, moesten op het dakterras eten tussen de rommel. in de bar zat gewoon een gat in het plafond. Komt erbij dat het hotel in een heel drukke buurt ligt waardoor je zo goed als geen nachtrust hebt.
Eigenlijk moet dit hotel volledig gerenoveerd worden en zou dit nu niet aangeboden mogen worden. wij hebben foto´s v d badkamer genomen als bewijs"
