'Beware - The only access to the property is through a locked street level door. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. The staircase is very steep to ascend/descend, very difficult & dangerous to navigate with heavy luggage. The AC worked very poorly. The property manager did not physically show up at the property during my two night stay. '

'I chose this location for its views, balcony and ratings as a romantic location to celebrate a very significant wedding anniversary. The hotel and staff delivered a mixed experience.
While spacious enough and clean, the rooms were not necessarily aligned with the room rates. Some aspects were excellent and recently renovated, while others were a little tired. For the rate we paid it was a little disappointing.
The rest of the facility had some excellent features and were certainly on-point...

'The hotel is situated on a picturesque part of the island. The staff were lovely and helpful. The thermal spa was great and very relaxing. The private beach was comfortable and within easy reach of the hotel. Absolutely loved Ischia. '

'super locatie. alles is heel fijn in orde; prima ontbijtbuffet, super mooi dakterras met schitterend uitzicht. Jammer dat het binnenzwembad een zwembad genoemd wordt: het is echt super klein, eigenlijk meer een plonsbad in plaats van een zwembad.
op de kamer was er een kleine frigo maar die koelde niet voldoende.

'Staff is discrete and professional. Rooms are lovely and the Spa is high standard. Great choice at breakfast and restaurant gli ulivi is a treat also if you go for a light lunch near the poolside. After a busy working week in paris we really switched to holiday-position from the moment we were met and greeted at the port.'

'This villa is perfect. From the port of Ischia it’s a 20min walk or 5min with a scooter/car. The rooms are always clean with a terrace that has an unbelievable view of the coast of Napoli. Next to the villa they have their restaurant Nibili. They have delicious food and drinks/wine all fresh from natural products of the island. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. They all speak both italian and english. I had a perfect week here, it’s really worth it staying here! '

'A beautiful hotel, very helpfull and friendly staff between Ischia Porto and Ischia Ponte. We were here for the second time and love both swimming pools and the very well prepared lunches near the pool. Helpfull with ordening a rental car and paying attention to our request by having a room on ground floor. Will come back a third time definitely. Grazie Mile!'
