Chalets in Vega Baja del Segura

'Very unhappy with the stay, we first arrived at 4pm when our check in was due. We followed all instructions for the check in and couldn’t get in there is no one to call you have to text a WhatsApp number and wait 20 minutes for a reply, after finally getting a reply they said we are trying to contact the owner but he has a busy schedule (we are surely apart of that schedule being guests at his apartment) and after waiting for a combined 50 minutes outside of the property (there was a storm on...

Uitzicht is prachtig!!

'Lovely little place, the beds are extremely comfortable, I dont think I have ever stayed somewhere with such amazing mattresses. The place was immaculate when we arrived. We did need to contact the managers for a new kettle as it didn't work and they got one and supplied teatowels as there were none. The beach is a stone throw away and its gorgeous! Lovely little restaurants.I think its important to note that it is located on a main road so there is traffic noise and the terrace shown in the...

'Property was pretty standard, had numerous issues with the upstairs shower leaking through to the kitchen below that required multiple visits from a repairman, this happened 3 times throughout the stay which waa disruptive and meant that for some days we had no access to the upstairs shower, which for a family of 5 trying to get ready was pretty frustrating. Also when we arrived one of the lamps in the downstairs living room had cracked glass and one of the children found the piece of glass on...
