'I enjoyed my stay here. The location was convenient, and I would stay again. I did have an issue when I tried to use the kettle to make tea; it was appalling inside, and I was mortified to see mold. The staff was great at responding and said it would be replaced. I decided I would just go out for tea or coffee instead. Apart from that small issue, everything was super clean and I liked staying here. I would stay again. I had the best pasta around the corner from here and loved the location so...

'Very good location, only AC is not good, Central air conditioning, some Guest feel cold, then turn off AC, make us can’t sleep, I turn on midnight, but just 10 seconds a man out from a room turn off again. I just asked why turn off ? Room is too hot, he say he is cold, cold use blanket keep you warm, don’t keep other people too hot. I think this hotel should do something for guest can control their own room. Other that everything is good.'

'Next to Duomo. Very nice staff. Very comfortable place to stay and very clean. '

'There are no staff on site to let people in. The property relies on WhatsApp to communicate with registered guests. This is not an app widely used in the US so I was unsure of the legitimacy of the request at first. The digital keys were challenging to use, mostly because the names of the different doors was in italian and I wasn't sure which was which.'

'The location was fabulous, breakfast perfect, staff helpful'
