'When I stayed they were renovating the hotelrooms and replacing all equipment. It was a nice stay with helpfull staff and helping and serving in all possible ways. Nice and beautifull art is in the building and the building has an interesting history. The breakfast was extensive and very good, and coffee as coffee should be. Hope to return there in the summer and see it in the sun. '

'Telkens we Venetië bezoeken, boeken we dit hotel. Ideaal gelegen vlak aan de vaporetto en een dito uitvalsbasis. Wie cultuur (bezoek aan venetië, biënale,filmfestival) met zon-zee-strand wil afwisselen, is hier aan het goeie adres. Hotel met alle voorzieningen, vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel. Het is er telkens weer een beetje thuiskomen!'

'Hermosa habitación todo muy limpio y cuidado. Nos dejaron una botella de vino y unas galletas además de un mensaje de bienvenida lo que te hace sentir como en casa. La ubicación es excelente. Hay café de cápsulas gratis. En fin muchos detalles. Todo es nuevo y la cama muy cómoda. El único problema que la hora de salida sea a las 10 am me parece muy temprano y que el check in sea tan limitado pues solo puedes llegar antes de las 18:30 pero en general todo está muy bien y lo recomiendo...

'Conoscevo questo hotel degli Alberoni da anni, ci avevo soggiornato qualche volta con soddisfazione. Nel frattempo la gestione è cambiata e a mio avviso, decisamente in peggio. Alla reception risultava la mia prenotazione solo per 1 camera per 2 persone e non per 2 camere per 4 adulti, come confermatomi, ancora in giugno, da Expedia. Fino alle 15 del 6 settembre, ancora in corso la Mostra del Cinema, io non sapevo se avrei avuto entrambe le camere. Da parte del personale nessuna chiarezza né...

'Geweldige service gehad. We hadden onze 6 honden mee en dit was geen enkel probleem. Ze mogen overal mee naartoe behalve in het restaurant. Strand is op loopafstand. We kwamen ook pas laat aan door een ongeluk op de weg dus we konden niet dineren. Als uitzondering hebben ze alsnog wat pinsa’s gemaakt voor ons zodat we konden eten. Helemaal top geweest jammer dat het maar voor 1 nachtje was '

'This hotel has a boat landing in front, to take guests to and from the airport, great terrace in front of the villa, and in the garden, two more houses. Our room proved to have one large bed (and I had requested two beds)..........So, the receptionist adapted and gave us a different, bigger room. We stayed in the garden, in a room with a balcony looking out to the garden. Staff was very professional and friendly. 'Perfect accomation for a Venice city-trip, away from the busy tourism. Easily accesible by watertaxi and close to main street with shops, terrasses and supermarket. Very romantic hotel and garden. Everything is always clean. I loved the sweet breakfast with fresh coffee. Service and kindness 10/10. Would recommend to everyone! I feel lucky to have gotten this experience. Thank you'

'This hotel is a dream come true. We were sad that we didn't get time to use all of the facilities, because it was a quick layover for our flight home from Italy. The place is immaculate, parking was easy, and the beach is right there! We were treated like gold by every staff member we met. Most spoke English, which was an asset relative to our rudimentary Italian (we can order lattes and ask where the bathroom is located). Thank you for a lovely end to our holiday! I can see us coming back in...
