Driveway also has side parking space for RV or Boat. The third bedroom is a fully air-conditioned flexible game room/bedroom, giving guests additional space for sleeping, relaxing, or entertaining.

With a 100% private heated pool, private backyard, multiple outdoor living areas, screened lanai, large-screen TVs, game room, and upscale new furnishings throughout, the home offers the privacy and comfort of your own Florida residence with many of the amenities of a luxury vacation retreat.

More Than Remodeled — Virtually Rebuilt From the Inside Out

Olivia’s Beach Cove is far more than a recently remodeled home. This was not a cosmetic renovation with fresh paint and a few updated finishes. The house was extensively gutted and virtually rebuilt from the inside out, with nearly every major system, surface, fixture, furnishing, and appliance replaced or newly installed.

The transformation included brand-new electrical and plumbing, new flooring throughout, newly finished walls, fresh interior and exterior paint and finishes, brand-new interior and exterior doors, a completely new kitchen, fully renovated bathrooms, new fixtures, and extensive upgrades throughout the property.

One of the best features of Olivia’s Beach Cove is its convenient South Venice location, putting beaches, parks, restaurants, shopping, golf, boating, and some of the area’s best attractions within easy reach.

Shamrock Park & Nature Center and access to the Legacy Trail are only about two blocks away, making morning walks, biking, and outdoor recreation incredibly convenient. A public boat ramp and ferry access to the beach are approximately 1.5 miles away.

Several Gulf Coast beaches are just a short drive from the house:

Caspersen Beach — approximately 4.7 miles

Venice Beach — approximately 4.8 miles

Manasota Key Beach — approximately 5.5 miles

Blind Pass Beach — approximately 6.5 miles

Nokomis Beach — approximately 7 miles

You’re also only about 4.4 miles from Historic Downtown Venice, with its restaurants, cafés, boutiques, galleries, and charming walkable streets. The famous Sharky’s on the Pier is approximately 4.5 miles away, while Detwiler’s Farm Market is only about 2.5 miles from the home.
