Kamer elke dag goed opgeruimd en gepoetst. Badkamer wel helemaal verouderd. Glasgordijnen in de ontbijtkamer waren heel vuil, wat onhygiĆ«nisch isā€¦ al jaren niet meer gewassen! Ontbijt ok. Prijs kwaliteit zeker geen slechte keuze!

Echt vetiaanse kamers, centraal van alles, 15 min. lopen van san Marcoplein, waterbussen om de hoek, supermarktje en eetgelegenheden in de straat zelf. Ontbijt goed. Rustige locatie met mooie tuin.

Het ontbijt was erg minimaal, hierdoor had ik veel honger na 1 uur. Enorm kleine broodjes, heel wat zoet beleg en wel wat kaas en vleeswaren maar die lagen er zonder koelelement. De koffie of andere dranken kon je niet zelf pakken, dit deed een ouder vrouwtje. De kamer is erg mooi gerenoveerd evenals de badkamer. Helaas was de airco niet goed schoon want ik werd verkouden, kreeg last van miin keel en sliep slecht. Het personeel is vriendelijk. De schoonmakers houden je kamer goed schoon, echter wordt de vloer niet altijd goed schoongemaakt. Prima hotel, mooie kamer.

Centraal gelegen prachtig hotel
Vriendelijke staf, prachtige ambiance en perfecte lokatie. Het hotel is goed te bereiken, prachtige ontvangst en vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is wat je mag verwachten. De kamers zijn charmant, over de top Venetiaans, heel bijzonder om zo in wakker te worden. Als ik een verbeterpunt mag geven is dat de badkamer wellicht een update kan gebruiken, maar prima.

At About 100 m far from the bridge from who you go to san Marco ; close to restaurants, shops, bars. the hotel has on the other Side of the road another place with 25 rooms. I must say we slept well. The room was very quiet.

An easy to reach hotel in quiet area of Dorsoduro
Hotel met our expectations. Clean room, which could have been a little bit bigger for the four of us but as it was just to sleep it was OK for us. The staff was generally friendly. Breakfast was OK. Enough choice only the orange juice was watery. Room was cleaned every day. They have a nice garden (maybe a little few tables ; you must have your breakfast early to have a chance to sit outside) and a nice lounge set. The hotel lies in the Dorsoduro district in between two stops op the Vaporetto. San Marco square is only a 15 minutes walk from the hotel. I recommend this hotel if you want to stay in a quiet area but still like to be close to everything.

Nice hotel to sleep but very unfriendly person at the desk. Airconditioning didn't work. Asked 2 people but with no help. Had to sleep in very hot room. Unfriendly person at desk didn't want to hear my complain. I asked to talk to the manager but the only person he let me talk to was himself. First the manager wasn't there, than he was busy... also very anoying lady at the diner room who sometimes looks at you like you're a piece of sh*t when you touch the coffeemachine. Also, very simpel breakfast. Good location but no service.

Het hotel ziet er goed verzorgd uit en we waren tevreden over het ontbijt. Het personeel achter de receptie is echter zo ongeĆÆnteresseerd dat je je afvraagt of ze door een taakstraf op die plek terecht zijn gekomen. De kamers kennen een romantische aankleding, maar de bedden hadden wel heel mogen zijn....

Hotel is zeker aan te raden!
Hotel heeft fijne ligging en was zeer dichtbij. Routebeschrijving op de website was een beetje verwarrend maar we vonden de hotel al voordat we om hulp moesten vragen. Hotel is schoon en personeel zeer vriendelijk. Leuke restaurantjes in de buurt maar we hebben expres bij de restaurantjes achter de hotel gegeten. Dichtbij de hotel is ook een supermarket.

Prima plek voor een fijne prijs. Ik had een 1 persoons kamer in het bijgebouw. Deze zag er netjes uit en was schoon. Prima bed, nette badkamer hoewel de douchecel wel aan de kleine kant was. Het ontbijt is prima en qua brood basic. Daarnaast fijne Dolci!

Hotel is well placed for all the major sites, room was a little dated but clean. Bed was comfortable if a little firm. Breakfast good quality and plentiful but hotel appears to offer breakfast to non residents which means we had to wait for a table at breakfast. Overall I would say a good choice if you are on a budget. Another good point is it's proximity to the water bus stop .

The air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly, the room decoration and colours were too much, the safe was broken.there was no soap or shampoo dispenser, in the shower, only small packets of shampoo. Bathroom pipes were rusted. However the lobby was beautiful, breakfast was excellent. The lady at the breakfast room who assisted with the coffee was nice.

Hotel is in a lovely location but is very tired, run-down and uncomfortable. The bed was the worst I have slept in for a long time - it was so uncomfortable, both in terms of the mattress and the pillows. Wall paper hanging off the walls, a damp smell in the room and curtains which donā€™t shut and donā€™t block out the light. The lady on the reception desk when we arrived was also very grumpy and unhelpful

It was good place to reach Hotel via water bus. The design was classic and the average level of service is good. But need to keep in mind the facility of hotel is the average level of Italy not Korea. So don't compare with the level of Korea Hotel(a up-to-update hotel)

Per incidente la notte della partenza non sono partita , ho telefonato alla struttura giĆ  sapendo che non potevo annullare la prenotazione ma per dare una spiegazione e con l'intenzione di chiedere, pagando un ad penale di poter posticipare la partenza. Una sgarbata signora straniera non mi ha dato nessuna possibilitĆ  di spiegazione. Ho chiesto nome e numero di telefono del gestore o direttore e si ĆØ rifiutata categoricamente. Personale o istruito male o peggio ancora istruito volutamente cosƬ. Che dire impressione super negativa.

Hotel Belle Arti is nicely located, close to a convenience store, restaurants, and relatively close to St. Marco plaza. The staff were very kind and helpful, and breakfast was great and had a large selection of things to chose from. The common areas of the hotel were very clean and looked great, but the room left a lot to be desired. It was very small, carpet and fabric walls that gave me a bit of allergies. The air conditioner did not work the best, we left it on hoping it would cool the room by the time we got back hours later it was still hot. The shower head had mold on it and the bedframe was lined in fabric that was falling apart. Honestly for the single night we stayed it was fine, we ignored everything since we were exhausted, but would not recommend if you are staying longer.

Dorsodoroā€™s finest
Such a sweet little hotel in a great, convenient area. Dorsoduro is my favorite sestiere, and little places like this is why. Room was nicely appointed, bar was cheap, breakfast was great (be carefulā€¦.pidgeons and gulls will steal food off your plate), and staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the Zattere, Academia, and Guggenheim Collection. No more than a 25 minute walk t anywhere, and less than 3 minutes to 2 vaporetto stops. Beautiful outdoor space to enjoy. For sure, stay here.

What a wonderful place to stay in Venice. You are made to feel like family. The staff is superb. It is such a pleasure to be taken such good care of at breakfast. Venice is a gorgeous city but sometimes quite stressful. The hotel with its beautiful front courtyard is an oasis of calm to relax in after a day of seeing the sights. Easy access with two ferry lines that stop nearby, and walking into the rest of the city is also possible, over a bridge with a famous view of the Grand Canal. Highly recommended!

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom radiator was leaking badly. Staff offered me a room change without any hesitation or hassle. The beds are comfortable and are air conditioned. Breakfast plenty of choice . Hotel in a great position and quiet . The garden and covered terrace are lovely and you can have breakfast there which is lovely . Would recommend the hotel .
