We are located 8 min from the Manasota beach on a beautiful 1.6 acre property with big shady oak trees. We have everything that you would need for a vacation and for the beach. Just renovated with a modern touch .
Comfy King size bed, fully equipped kitchen with a small convection cooktop, beautiful bathroom with walk in shower and even a walk in closet! Ready for beach, umbrella buggie board & chairs. You will TOTALLY LOVE your stay with us!

note:
We do have a(special mesarating toiler) little noisy its how it works. We are on a septic and ask to put all toilet paper in trash can and use one small appliance at a time, it's a studio with lots power coming out of it. Thank you for following our rules 😀

I had such an amazing experience with Vasily! He was super attentive to all of our needs and requests. He responded within minutes everytime I had a question or needed help understanding something. He went above and beyond to help us with the barbeque grille and talked to us as if we were family. It was such a peaceful and secluded and quiet area where his house is. In a neighborhood that has been well established with locals. I really wish that I could of brought our dogs here, it would of been amazing for them to run around and go to the dog beach down the road! This was a goregous studio with a peaceful vibe to it. Well worth the money and time to drive to this Vrbo. I will defintely look into booking with him in the near future! Thank you so much.

Upon arrival host greeted by text but then disclosed nasserating toilet ( no tp in toilet place in garbage) kitchen ( use only one appliance at a time ) if not blow circuits. All water had extremely foul sewage smell ). Host was attempting to correct issues but they were not corrected. Stayed only one night out of five as host agreed to cancellation and refund BUT was refunded less than half. As consumer had to contact vrbo 3 separate occasions (different days) placed on hold for more than 10 minutes with promise of email follow up and that never happened. Host requested we give a good review but could not in conscience with less than half of refund.

Nice, Clean Place - Maserating Toilet & Well Water not ideal

The place is as pictured and described in the post, except for the omission of the details about the toilet and the well water. The bed & furnishings are great and the place is as spacious as it looks in the photos. But having a toilet that requires all toilet paper to be placed in a waste basket next to it, undrinkable iron-tasting well water that smells of rotten eggs when hot is something that should be mentioned on the posting. But because of the value of the place and the other positives, it is certainly still worth a look when booking because of the cleanliness, acceptance of pets, great location and professional and friendly nature of the hosts.

Nothing really wrong. The apartment, though, suits a younger person much better. The access stairs are steep and a bit narrow, with difficult top and bottom landings. I could only use one appliance at a time so as not to trip breakers. Water was well and septic; shower water had strong sulfur smell as a result. Would had been nice to have that info before renting. Host responded to questions within minutes, though: big plus. Very quiet.

Quaint place with perfect affordability.

I brought my niece to Florida for beach time. It was an amazing location for all of our needs. We were able to use the beach amenities and enjoyed a safe place to temporarily call home. We liked the outside patio as well as it was lit with lights at night. The hosts are amazing and fast with communication!

Very Clean but the special toilet is a challenge

The inside of the property was incredibly clean. The special toilet let off an odor and the blankets in the closet need to be freshened ( smelled like bed head). The extra cot was a nice find in the closet. Roku did not work nor the Wi-Fi password. We didn’t bother contacting the owners about it because it seemed like a hassle. As for the outside of the property it was clear there was work being done on the main house. Also a lot of vehicles coming, going or camping out. Parking habits were strange and we had to dodge the vehicles to get to the designated space. Strange looking dog was around the property but turned out to be a diseased coyote… definitely gave off skin walker vibes at the end of a long road. I would say 4 out of 5 bc of the toilet. But it was very clean everywhere else and the AC worked well. The beaches with shark teeth were super close! I’d recommend the stay 5 out of 5 if they update it to a traditional toilet but if it’s not a deal breaker for you then it’ll be a great short stay!

Location was perfect for us; an oasis tucked away in a central neighborhood allowed us to quickly get to every place we wanted to visit while in town. The studio is equipped with everything we needed, and is very comfortable. The host was accommodating and friendly. We would stay again.

Very quierr tree and clean!

We recently spent a week here and we’re so impressed by how quiet and private it is! Location is a little “out of the way” but once you figure out the neighborhood roads it’s totally worth it! No neighbor noise, no road noise, very relaxing! Apartment is absolutely as pictured. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts are so welcoming, we really appreciated them! Would definitely stay here again if we are back in Venice!

Amazing place to get away

We stayed here right after Ivan hit and we were thankful for picking this place. The toilet a lot of reviewers mentioned wasn’t bad as the noise lasted seconds. The stairs were easy to use and I’m not young. The absolute best thing was the owners! They’re so kind and went the extra mile to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The property is as listed and it became a home away from home for us. The amenities were great and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Vasiliy and Volha for being so kind.

A peaceful retreat

This little gem is a perfect home away from home. The owners are on point with the smallest of details. The studio is well equipped with kitchen and bathroom essentials and more. Volha was very responsive to any questions we may have had. The studio is above a garage and there’s some construction going on the property, which makes it seem a bit unkept, BUT it is not! The unit is super clean and once their construction is completed, the place is going to be spectacular! The grounds are pretty, they have huge oak trees, a little garden, it sits way back so you have privacy & quiet. We loved it and would stay again. Thank you Volha for you’re kindness. Very cute

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our getaway to Venice. The land, oak trees, and squirrels on the property definitely kept our dog entertained. The studio is beautifully decorated, bright, and airy. The toilet is noisy and unusual, but you get used to it. The smell isn't bad until the second day, so be sure to bring a candle or room spray. (It definitely makes me appreciate modern sewer systems!) Overall, the hosts and property were great!
