Mooi hotel met goede faciliteiten zoals zwembad, prima ontbijt en voldoende parkeer ruimte. Was een goede locatie om de strand en steden on omgeving te bezoeken per auto en Venetiƫ door trein vanaf station op 10 min rijden te nemen

Wat een onprofessionele service!
Er waren heel veel dingen mis met dit hotel. Ik heb een gesprek gehad met de manager omdat ik het helemaal zat was. Zij zou mij compenseren voor alle fouten die waren gemaakt maar heeft na 4 maanden nog geen actie ondernomen. Erg slecht allemaal. Ik kreeg de sleutel en liep binnen in een kamer waar mensen lagen te slapen. Kon niet zwemmen want dit was altijd gesloten. Mijn spullen werden niet gebracht als ik er voor belde. De shuttle service was zeer slecht en liet je soms een uur wachten, ga zo maar door. Geen gratis wifi, etc.

Hotel was nice and big,well itā€™s was far from the city, which cost us a lot of money for taxi, around ā‚¬45 to the hotel, but the hotel provided a shuttle to take us to the city and bring us back and took us to the airport when leaving Venice, the hotel room bathroom toilet was blocked, called them and they fixed that, the only issue I had was the first day I was in the hotel, someone opened the door, didnā€™t know how, she apologized, the next morning , while sleeping same thing happened , before I checked out while naked same thing happened again, thatā€™s the only terrible fault about the hotelā€¦

Literally awful
Hotel is very old, need modernisation and renovation. Rooms have no facilities and it smells musty when you turn on the air conditioner. Breakfast is incredibly poor and tasteless. The location of the hotel is also very bad, it is in the middle of a highway intersection and definitely in the middle of nowhere. Price performance is extremely bad. There are nicer hotels much closer to the city for the same price level.

I loved it here. It was very very very very clean! Although far from Venice city center and you have to take the hotel shuttle - which you have to pay for; I think it should be free or cheaper for hotel guests. The shuttle driver is also a bit rough with driving. I also think that the hotel can cut the grass on the roof! In summary, I really liked it here. Breakfast was so good! Omg! Make sure you eat the pancakes and drink the ACE juice. THE BEST!

Front desk was amazing all around now at the dining room we felt as if they were doing us a favor needless to say we waited over 2 hours for a simple chicken Cesar salad I did complain and they really tried to make us happy but one thing for sure is I will never eat at that dining room ever again!!!

Restaurant staff was excellent, very nice and helpful, would like to send an applause to Javier, he was one of our servers, very good and helpful. Reception during check in were not so nice, kinda grumpy

DasAbendessen war dĆ¼rftig. nur 4 Speisen im Angebot und immer das gleiche eine Woche lang. Die Wartezeiten bei Abendessen waren zu lang. Das Kellnerpersonal war unerfahren und teilweise hilflos . Alle Salzstreuer waren defekt , bis auf einen , dieser wurde dann von Tisch zu Tisch weiter gegeben.

Peccato per la lunga attesa al check in
Bel hotel , ma il ricevimento ĆØ stato un po scarso. Nonostante fossimo arrivati prima noi , hanno fatto fare il check in a decine di persone arrivate dopo di noi, solo perchĆ© facenti parte di un volo cancellato. In piĆ¹ il gestionale non gli dava caricata la nostra prenotazione giĆ  pagata tra l altro con l App di Hotels.com. Ho dovuto girargli la mail della conferma di prenotazione. Avevano problemi con le tessere delle camere...inclusa la nostra...tutte smagnetizzate. Probabilmente il problema ĆØ il personale sottodimensionato per il tipo di affluenza di questo hotel, tra l altro molto bello. Non sono stata ma l area piscina solo estiva l ho vista ed ĆØ molto bella

I would only recommend staying here if your party is large and if you have access to a vehicle. PROS: 1-Was able to get rooms for a family of 4. It was two rooms, but we werenā€™t charged for two separate rooms. 2-The Continental breakfast was decent. A nice way to start your morning. CONS: 1-The rooms were not cleanā€¦well they were dusty not dirty. 2-The location is literally in the middle of nowhere. 3-Their ā€œshuttleā€ service. Officially the hotel doesnā€™t have a shuttle service, but they have some guys (or company) that will take you. Now we were back and forth to the airport when we were staying at a hotel in the city and each time paid less than ā‚¬50. Staying at this hotel we were closer to the airport and paid ā‚¬60 for the ā€œshuttleā€ that was offered. My advise: if you get a good taxi from the airport, get their card instead of using the service the hotel offers. 4-Our flights were changed so we had two extra days to wait until we could fly home. As I mentioned we were staying at another hotel in the city. We left that hotel and traveled a distance to stay at this hotelā€¦because they had a pool; however, upon our arrival we were informed that the pool was out of service. Bummer, but maybe itā€™ll be fixed tomorrow? NOPE! We left our hotel in the city that was conveniently located near shops, train stations, and restaurants to stay at this hotel because of the pool, but the pool was OUT OF SERVICE!! This was truly a disappointment.

Great hotel, friendly staff, gym and pool are lovely and clean. Hotel is spacious, great for a relaxing break. Food in the restaurant is also great, my only suggestion would be to add pizza to the lunch menu. Other than that itā€™s perfect. Also it would be good if there was a mid-afternoon shuttle service eg. 3 or 4pm. So guests can still travel into Venice in the afternoon if they donā€™t want to go in the morning. Hotel shuttle should be more clearly marked as Hilton Doubletree shuttle as well to avoid confusion. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel in the outskirts of Venice
Lovely hotel with very friendly staff, especially Barbara from the restaurant and bar did a great job. Its located a little remote, which ensures a quiet stay, and lots of space. Its just a short drive from center of Venice (15-20 minutes) The kids had a great time at the pool.

The property is deceiving in a good way. When you pull into the parking lot it doesn't look like much but when you go down the parking lot to the front of the hotel it's a nice surprise. It has a high end feeling without the high-end prices.

Schƶnes Hotel abseits gelegen
schƶnes Hotel, schƶnes Zimmer mit Terrasse. Die Lage ist mitten im Feld, drumherum ist nichts auƟer SchnellstraƟen, irgendwo 20 Min von Venedig. Das Hotel ist etwas vertieft umgeben von einer meterhohen Betonwand.

Everything was perfect except the distance from the city venice. If you plan better in advance, shuttle service from the from desk can solve your purpose.
