e' tutto specificato su expedia, camere in hotel e monolocale esterno a dieci minuti, deve solo leggere. l'appartamento e' stato consegnato pulito, nel caso in cui qualcosa non fosse stato di Suo gradimento , la reception e' a disposizione. , ma durante il soggiorno Lei non ha lamentato nulla. cordiali saluti

buongiorno Signora, infatti Venezia bisogna conoscerla e capirla. gli edifici e le case hanno di base una struttura vecchia, la Sua camera , di colore blu, spaziosa, con un bellissimo lampadario di Murano, E' PERFETTAMENTE IN ORDINE, IL MATERASSO E' NUOVO E DI OTTIMA QUALITA, riscaldamento efficiente, impianti nuovissimi. La ringraziamo comunque, nonostante la poca simpatia che ci ha dimostrato durante il Suo soggiorno.

AC e’ chiusa, abbiamo aperto il riscaldamento . La tassa di soggiorno e’ obbligatoria , richiesta dal comune di Venezia . Quando prenota , lègga bene le condizioni di prenotazione , e’ ben chiaro che l’hotel e’ chiuso la notte . C’è un numero di emergenza per i casi di effettiva necessità , non di certo per due ragazzine della camera accanto che ridono o parlano a voce alta.
