Ontspan in ons PRIVATE verwarmde zwembad in Water View Villa

Deze residentie met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers in een rustige wijk in Zuid-Venetië is onlangs gerenoveerd en ontworpen met een eigentijdse flair. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met een eigen badkamer; de 2e slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed; en de 3e slaapkamer heeft stapelbedden voor het hele gezin. Het eetgedeelte is voorzien van een tafel met 6 stoelen comfortabel met 4 extra stoelen op het kookeiland. De keuken is volledig gevuld met al uw culinaire behoeften, inclusief compleet kookgerei en glaswerk. Het huis beschikt over draadloos internet met een 65 "tv in de woonkamer en een 45" tv in de 2e slaapkamer. De ruime Lanai heeft 2 fans, een gas grill voor uw familie diners en een tafel met 4 stoelen. De Lanai heeft ook een sofa die plaats biedt aan 6.

Breng uw dag door met loungen in de Lanai en geniet van het verwarmde privézwembad of gebruik de veerbootpas om u naar het privéstrand te brengen waar u kunt zwemmen, zeeschelpen en haaientanden kunt verzamelen. In de avond kunt u ontspannen en ontspannen in de Lanai luisteren naar de geluiden van de natuur.

1st thing we noticed is the area does not feel safe. Then upon arrival the ext was not well maintained as in pics, but worse thing was walking in to a "non smoking" property to the strong smell of old and attempted masking of cigarette smells, the home smelled horrible. There were cob webs all thru out many rooms ceilings, hair in bathtub, which did not feel clean. When bringing issues up to host we were met with hostile "i will just cancel you trip and refund you". Nothing like starting off a vacation driving to a hotel to find accommodations for the remainder 6 days. We ended up spending nearly 600 more than had planned in order to find last minute stay and pay hotel fees. This is unacceptable.

Summer Escape

Check in was super easy. The inside of the home is very nice and updated. Everything was clean and easily accessible. Kitchen had everything we needed. The large garage has plenty of room to park and is loaded with beach gear, bicycles, etc.... The pool and lounging area are fabulous. The owner was wonderful to answer questions and address any concerns. Would stay again without hesitation.

This is a place to find your refreshment and quiet place of peace uninterrupted except by nature's music. Love, love, love the location, beautiful surroundings, exceptional interior design, and maxed out on whatever you need in the kitchen to entertaining. A peaceful gem!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The home is just as depicted. Clean and well stocked, and tastefully decorated with comfy beds. So many beach necessities in the garage, as well as toys and pool floats. Laundry was helpful, as well as many beach towels. The pool oasis was enjoyed every afternoon, and made for some wonderful memories.

EXCELLENT!

This was a great place to stay and we will likely book it again if we need a place in the Venice area. Homeowner was easy to communicate with, responded quickly. Home was very welcoming, pool was great! There were items for us to use at the beach or bike around. Beaches are all very close. HIGHLY recommend this home!

Great Stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at Patricia's property. She was an excellent communicator before and during the stay. The house was very clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed the heated pool and swam everyday. The pool is shallow at one end and about 6ft deep at the other which was great as my kids love swimming down to pick up rings. We really loved the privacy of the backyard overlooking the pond and spent mornings watching the birds. We also saw the alligator a few times swimming around. The provided beach gear was really awesome to have and we were very thankful for the cart. Glad we choose this property and if I find myself headed to Venice again I would be happy to stay here.

Perfect!

The house and property were clean and furnished with everything we needed. The beach chairs, umbrella and towels were handy for our beach days. We used the lanai, heated pool, and outdoor area every day. It’s private and only a short drive to anywhere. Patricia made the check in process easy and was an excellent host. We would definitely stay at this property again.

3rd stay here

This was our third stay at this house and it was as awesome as the previous times. The house is beautiful and clean. The lanai and pool were fantastic and where we spent most of our time. During the beginning of our stay, we dealt with tropical storm Debby, so the beaches were out for us this year, and we spent hours each day in the pool. Patricia is very easy to deal with and we would book here again!!

Everything was perfect with our stay! House clean and nice decor. I loved that Patricia had all you could possibly need during the stay! Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bikes, coolers, and many more amenities— easy access to many beaches. Short drive to Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Manasota Key, Boca Beach! Venice Beach was 15 mins away! Great restaurants at Venice Beach! Wonderful location and we definitely be back!!

Home is situated in quiet neighborhood, beautiful interior and exterior decorated with beach theme and super equipped. We enjoyed watching the wildlife pond closely located behind the property. Patricia communicated well with us prior to our stay and during the check-in process.

Great house for family trip

We go to Florida every May and came across this cute house. The owner was great and accommodating as we wanted to stay outside of her normal booking schedule. She worked with us and made that happen! The house is bright, very clean and quiet. Our favorite part was the back area with the pool and you can look out on the water behind the house and see lots of fish, birds and sometimes a gator would visit :) No worries, he’s behind the chain link fence :) my son very much enjoyed seeing him and all the wildlife. The garage is full of bikes and pool/fun beach stuff. Would definitely recommend and we would visit again!

Pretty and clean house in quiet neighborhood

Super clean house, well decorated and nicely updated. Neighborhood is very very quiet so it was lovely for relaxing. House has all the amenities you might need for your stay. Pool area is enclosed, beautiful and it overlooks a very large natural pond area. We saw all sorts of cool water birds, turtles and big fish jumping while relaxing in the pool. Nice seating and eating area under cover on the patio for getting out of the sun. Patricia the owner is very helpful and responds quickly if you have any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable home

A wonderful home to stay and be able to explore Venice and its beaches. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. A beautiful pool and the house is set in a very quiet neighbourhood but still close to the beaches. Sorry we didn’t see the resident alligator in the pond. Patricia was very welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. Would recommend and return again.

Peaceful yet close to everything

Loveky modern updated property pefect for us had absolutely everything you could need. Pool area very tranquil and not overlooked yet shops bars ans restaurants less than 10 minutes away.
