Wonderful stay!
We had a great time. We were displaced and found this place in a pinch - so glad we did! Bea accommodated an early check in for us, the place had everything we needed for our family including young kids. Would stay again!

Venice home
Home was very clean and inside pictures were accurate. Outside pool area looked a little worn but the water was warm and we spent most evenings at the outdoor patio. It was quiet and felt very secluded even with homes so close. Fence kept us private. Home is stocked well and we never needed to buy anything which is not always the case with a home rental. Host was easy to communicate with and left us reminders as the week went on. They felt very caring. It was a nice place to stay and felt very much at home.

Lovely owners, clean house and awesome pool!
Had such an enjoyable time at the house. We were there for a longer stay (30 days) while the kids were participating in local equestrian show. Perfect location for that and area itself is great for food and stores. Owners were wonderful. Reached out in advance if someone needed to stop by which was only to mow lawn and clean pool or to remind for trash day. The house was super clean and the ping pong table was a lot of fun. The pool is heated and was always kept at a great temp which was helpful as it was a bit chilly during our stay. Would recommend based on our experience.

Outstanding vacation!
We absolutely loved our week at this rental. Everything was as described and exceptionally clean. The pool was warm and wonderful. We especially liked the close proximity to Shamrock Park and all the activities offered (basketball, tennis, awesome running & biking trail). Thank you!

Everything thatā€™s needed
The house is pretty perfect for a small family - has everything thatā€™s needed overall from the kitchen to the laundry and linens to the warm pool. Even had bikes and beach stuff. Highly recommended.

Wonderful time
We really enjoyed our stay and the owners were available whenever we had an issue. We had problems with the after a few day but was solved after a couple of days. Very comfortable home and very clean. Would recommend!!!!!

Pool home
The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with driveway parking. We were allowed to check in early since it was ready. The host was attentive and easy to communicate with during our stayed. The interior of the house was clean and tidy. The pool water was clear and around 85ā°. The pool cage has screen and the fence surrounding the backyard provides privacy. Unfortunately the outside area around the pool, table and grill was not clean (dog hair, dust and dirt). It was an easy fix as there was a garden hose nearby to spray the floor clean. The garage has a ping pong table but is not air conditioned so during the summer months it is too hot to use. The only really negative thing about the house was the WIFI as it didn't connect to the internet and we had to reset it every day and had to do it several times to get it to work (if you need to do some away from home work while on vacation with the family; know that it's not reliable). We thought the price was too high for the location as we have stayed in other nicer houses and areas for less (in Florida). Above all, we enjoyed our time in the house and felt at home.

thank you so much for your review. I would like to address couple of issues here. 1. Yes we did speak about the internet, but once you reset the router the first time around you did not bring to my attention further problems, this issue was out of my control, but if i had known that you still have problems with internet, i would call verizon to get this fixed for you. 2. I spoke with my cleaning company and mentioned outdoor mess. my apologies, it had to be missed, there is no excuse, but i will make sure this is on the priority list at cleaning time. 3. garage does not have AC, you are right. We always leave fans in the house, so those can be used as fit. I will see what i can do about this issue for the future guests, so thank you for letting me know. thank you for staying with us.

Great Family Vacation Spot
Perfect for our family of four. Within driving distance of multiple beaches and great places to eat. The house had all the amenities we needed. Communication from property manager always came in before you had to ask.

We had an amazing time at this property. The house was amazing and the pool was so nice and enjoyable. Our host Bea was amazing and answered any questions we had at anytime of the day. Very nice!!
We had a wonderful time during our stay at this property. Bea was friendly, highly responsive and an overall excellent host. The home was close to everything we needed (beach, food, groceries) and we enjoyed the heated pool. Coming from north of North Carolina, weā€™re not used to lizards, geckos and tree frogs hanging out all around, so we spent a lot of time looking for them too. <3

Saved our Beach Vacation!
We got Red-Tided out on all of our plans for the long weekend. The house was a wonderful and relaxing distraction for all of us, still felt like a very satisfying getaway. The rooms were very spacious and nicely done. Everything was clean and there we so many things to keep us busy!

Wonderful home
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Breezy Inn. It was clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with items we needed. The beach equipment was great to have. We also loved the access to the ferry and private beach. The heated pool was great and we used it daily. Communication was top notch. Bea provided everything we needed and was quick to respond with questions. We would definitely stay here again.
