Perfect for a multi-family retreat! This fully furnished Pierpont area 4 Bedroom/2 Bath home was recently remodeled in Oct 2021 and is just 9 houses from San Buenaventura State Beach. Never too crowded due to limited parking in the area, there is something for everyone. Relax at home on leather theater seating in front of the 70” smart TV, or head over to the beach for surf, sand, and sunset strolls.

LIVING AREAS
On the second floor, we have an open living area including the skylit kitchen, dining, and living area. The living area has a new 70” Smart TV where you can stream your own content. Don’t feel like TV or the beach? Take a cup of tea out to the bistro set on the balcony off of the living area or pick out a book from the bookshelf and settle in to read next to the gas fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING
The updated kitchen features a newer gas range with griddle burner, dishwasher, and microwave. This well stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook, roast, blend, and bake to your hearts’ desire.
For the coffee aficionado, we have a gourmet coffee maker and bean grinder as well as a French coffee press. Enjoy your homecooked meals/take out from the large dining table that comfortably seats eight or dine more casually at the bar top.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
This home features two bedrooms and one bath downstairs, and two bedrooms and one bath upstairs (living area is upstairs). Downstairs, one of the bedrooms has access to the backyard and has two queen beds and a Roku equipped TV. The second downstairs bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, as well as an extra mattress underneath and trifold foam seating suitable which can be extended for toddler naps. These two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a double vanity.

Upstairs, we have one Cal King bedroom and a queen bedroom. The Cal King bedroom has a luxurious top of the line plush king mattress, a Roku access TV, a large lounge chair, and access to a large balcony looking out over the backyard as well as a direct door to the upstairs shared double vanity bathroom. The upstairs and downstairs bathrooms have the same layout. The smaller but still comfortable queen bedroom also features a Roku access TV. All bedrooms have ample closet space.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Enjoy a cup of tea at the bistro set on the balcony connected to the living room or step out onto the backyard to grill (propane) dinner and commune at the dining tables and on the two comfy lounge chairs. Extra chairs for larger groups are available in the house.

PARKING & AMENITIES
There is no on street parking, but off street there is ample space to accommodate 4 cars, either in the garage or on the driveway.
As far as additional amenities, the house has Wi-Fi, streaming access for all four TVs in the house, room air conditioning for the main living area and upstairs king bedroom, beach towels, and an outdoor area to rinse the sand off your feet before you enter the house.

We operate under the City of Ventura STVR Permit #2389, 7-day minimum in summer.
The home will be delivered to the occupant in a professionally cleaned condition. Our property is professionally deep cleaned after every stay, and we're taking extra care to disinfect high touch areas between stays. We are implementing all the cleaning guidelines provided to us by the CDC.

The home was spotless, communication from the property managers was detailed and up-front, making check-in a breeze. The home is on a lovely quiet street just a couple of steps to the beach. An easy beach walk to the Pierpont village with shops and restaurants. Supermarket was an easy 7 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Home is close to harbor village and downtown Ventura and easy to get around- no traffic problems at all. The home is large and the beds were very comfortable. We had a lovely stay- teenager and adults alike had a fantastic vacation!

My family was having a reunion in Ventura. I needed a house for our 3 adult children and our GC 1 1/2 and 4 year old. The house was a good fit. The stairs may be an issue for toddlers other than that the house was great.

Property was amazing! We had a large group with us (4 adults and 3 kids) and we all had plenty of space. The place looked great from all the photos but even better in person. Completely exceeded my expectations! The check-in and check-out process was super simple and the place was clean and had everything we needed.We will definitely be back in the future!

Clean, spacious, warm and inviting home with comfortable beds and a great location, less than a block from the beach. It was well accommodating for our family Thanksgiving feast. We would definitely come back again.

Every year our family rents a VRBO for a pre-Christmas weekend. This way Grammy can see all the kids and grandkids to celebrate Christmas. We gather from around Southern California. This was A great house for that! An added bonus for this Grammy was the super comfortable bed!

This was an excellent property. It was clean, free of extra clutter, beds were comfy, kitchen amenities were adequate. Absolutely cannot beat the location and easy beach access. We walked down and watched the sun set nearly every night of our stay. This is a super safe, quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants, a grocery store, donut shop and Starbucks. Will definitely be booking this house again next time we visit Ventura.

We came to town for a festival at the Ventura County Fairgrounds, and this was a last-minute booking. We are so pleased with our stay. The location is only a few steps from the beach, a short walk from restaurants and a small grocer, and relatively well-appointed with basics you would need for your stay. It very comfortably accommodated our party of eight, but could certainly sleep more. The neighborhood is quiet, the garage plus driveway allots four parking spots, and the washer and dryer made for a great convenience. Would definitely book again next year.

Property was clean and there was adequate bedding etc. It would’ve been nice to have a list of what all there was available for us to use and also what utensils and cooking appliances etc. were there. We weren’t sure what we were going to find. The up stairs bathtub was a little slippery. Also, a vacuum cleaner would have been nice. Finally, we could not open the garage doors. Those were just things that we noticed they did not stop us from having a great time. I
