If you’re dreaming of a simple beach escape, Loft 42 is just the spot. This sunny upper-level loft is tucked into the heart of Pierpont Beach—just a few houses from the sand. With vaulted ceilings, ocean air, and all the cozy comforts (plus fast Wi-Fi and A/C), this one-bedroom hideaway is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small families.

BOOKING PROCESS:
As soon as you book you will receive a message asking you to confirm your booking and to sign our rental agreement. You will then receive our Guest Portal. This is an amazing digital check-in system that will provide all your entry and wifi information as well as local activities, tours, restaurants, etc. You can even request early check-in! Confirm your information as soon as you book so you can start planning your vacay!

This is a beautiful, cozy, and charming condo that you can see the ocean from. Literally a two minute walk to the beach! Lisa and her team were absolutely amazing. They were astoundingly responsive (sometimes within minutes!), always cheerful, friendly, and willing to do whatever it takes to help. We got sand on the floor from the beach and wanted to vacuum but couldn’t find one. So we asked her if one was available and they dropped one off for us to use within a couple of hours.
