'An amazing studio on the second floor with a wrap-around deck, close to the beach, and surrounded by bars, wine tasting rooms and restaurants. Very responsive and thoughtful host. The apartment is fully equipped, and has beach chairs, towels, boogie board and even hats for your enjoyment. 'So impressed with this place. I figured it would be nice but once we got there we were blown away. It wasn’t just clean and beautiful, all the little touches really put it over the top. They had microwave popcorn, Nespresso coffee, wine keys, beach towels, makeup wipes, beach tar cleaning wipes to name a few. Also fantastic location to walk to anything you could want or need in Santa Barbara. We can’t wait to stay here again!! '

'We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first visit to the area and we were so pleased with the location. It was so easy to get to State Street and all of the fun things Santa Barbara has to offer! There is also a B Cycle rack just out the door which made it convenient to jump on a bike and enjoy the city! The accommodations were fresh, clean, and just perfect! We plan to return soon! '

'Very cozy and comfortable...it's on the small side, so was great for this trip, since I was traveling solo. Neighborhood is convenient to the freeway, but still nice and quiet. It doesn't have windows, other than in the door, so it doesn't have views or lots of sunlight, but is a great place as a basecamp in S.B.'

'Had an incredible stay in Ojai with my family, our first time visiting this majestic place.Jenny was on top of communication from a week out to the day of arrival and throughout our stay made sure we were comfortable. One instance we required paper towels and scissors, she had it waiting in front of our door within 5 mins!The place was perfect for our young family, having the bedroom for our toddler to sleep and living room to relax and watch tv in the evening was definitely a better hotel...

'Our family came together for my daughter's wedding in Carpenteria. I was looking for a place with space - and this turned out to be a great option. My 88 year old father loves a good sundeck - and this was perfect. He sat outside and enjoyed the ocean view every day. The 3 bedrooms were great - even has 2 king beds! The house is older, so the floors are a little uneven, and it shows some wear, but this does not detract from the stay. The kitchen is modern and the dining table was large enough...
