'Wij hadden dit hotel geboekt als tussenstop om Point Mugu, de Santa Monica Mountains en stranden van CA te bezoeken. Het hotel is hiervoor perfect gelegen. Ontbijt was inbegrepen en niet zo super, maar de heer aan de receptie was super behulpzaam om ons wegwijs te maken in de streek. Prijs/kwaliteit een zeer goed hotel met zeer behulpzaam personeel.'

'VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH STAFF - our other trips were enjoyable- this one was deplorable. We arrived at 4:00pm on Friday evening. They put us in a room directly below the renovation of the 2nd floor. When the constant hammering began Saturday morning we understood, they said it would end by 3:30. I left the room I paid for until 4: 30. I returned hoping they were done. But to no avail the hammering continued. I went to the front desk which had a sign stating the construction would end at 3:30, it...

'Location is great, just the showers were old and showing some wear/tear. Bedding is wonderful. Paying for parking is nickle and diming in my opinion. You can tell them you just got dropped off and park your car within the plaza across the hotel, literally meters away. No way for them to know if you brought a car here or not. Also, they don't even check nor give you a parking pass . Don't tell them you park here. '

'We love staying at this hotel when we come to visit family in the area. It’s safe, well lit and right next to the ocean. '

'Very quiet place. The good restaurants are to be found downtown Ventura. Although the hotel is nice and quiet, the breakfast is way too overrated. It is a simple breakfast without possibility to order eggs or anything else. Even the toast machines are simple household toasters The plates are disposables like the plastic cutlery. In a Hilton hotel we expect at least metal silverware and decent plates and cups. '
