'Loved the property location, check-in process was extremely easy, room was very clean. Only downside is we did not know they only allow one car to park on-site until we were checking in, but they directed us on where to park our second vehicle about a block away.'

'Do not pay for Continental breakfast. Plain coffee and 1 danish. No fruit, cereal or any of the normal food. Literally 1 bread.'

'The elevators did not work the 5 days we were there. The sink in our room was clogged and drained super slow that we had to use the one in the kitchenette the whole time we were there. We told the girl at the desk on the first day we arrived and she said someone would check it out. Never happened. The coffee in the pots near the buffet room was either empty or cold on a couple of evenings. This was the third time we stayed here but unfortunately it will be our last!'

'The hotel is quiet or at least has been for the times we are there. I think it is because the guests are probably business travelers. The staff is friendly and the breakfast good - only disappointment is that they served Canadian bacon instead of bacon. The room had the bedroom seperate from the living room and the kitchen. I usually cannot sleep in hotel rooms because I feel trapped with nowhere to go should I toss and turn. Not this time, I slept very well - could very well be that I didn’t...

'We liked the hotel, but it was a bit noisy at night. Perhaps because we were close to the swimming pool. Location is good and well-connected to highways. There is always parking. People working there always friendly and helpful. '

'Seems like a lot of down and out people live there - maybe some type of military or ice or jail-like housing - concerned about leaving belongings in car No side tables near bed; lights on wall didn’t work, TV remote only went lower in channels, not higher. Weird mop baskets and shoes were outside most of the rooms.'

'Very quiet place. The good restaurants are to be found downtown Ventura. Although the hotel is nice and quiet, the breakfast is way too overrated. It is a simple breakfast without possibility to order eggs or anything else. Even the toast machines are simple household toasters The plates are disposables like the plastic cutlery. In a Hilton hotel we expect at least metal silverware and decent plates and cups. '
