'This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.'

'Host was very communicative, supportive and helpful. The house was clean and the location and surroundings were very nice. However, the bed was not a queen as listed in the post, it was a double which made it difficult for us to sleep. The posting indicated there was a gym which led me to believe there would be equipment (i.e. a stair stepper) but there was only workout weights in the cabinet. 'Wonderful time! Highly recommend.'

'Morley St in Simi was great! Marvin is a fantastic host….communication was outstanding. Location is super handy. Good off-street parking. The best mattresses. And a very comfortable clean sectional in spacious non cluttered living room. New appliances in a bright cheerful kitchen. Great for families, especially kids. Beautiful things growing all around. Mornings are delightful. So much to enjoy! Thanks Marvin!'

'There was a musty odor, but I didn't mind because the place was so cute, convenient, and reasonably priced. Consider this property like glamping - it doesn't have all the regular amenities, but it is worth it for the unique experience.'

'The place was very clean and had a beautiful scenery!'

'Place looks better than on photos! Just amazing ! Host is perfect ! Can’t wait to come back'

'This was a wonderful place for me to stay. I choose this location because of the fancy look of the property, the view and the reviews. I choose this place also to proposal to my girlfriend of almost three years. I had her friends stay there as well as we prepared the proposal. Everyone loved the property and the view. I think I will try to visit again in the future and enjoy more of the surrounding area like the beach area. Thank you again to the host for being accommodating to us have a...

'This house was an amazing find! Fantastic views, comfy beds and a kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. Host was quick to respond and helpful! Would book again!'

'Could’ve been more clean and more direct about it being a private home because they have it listed as entire home'
