'Unfortunately there were a few issues with the property people should be aware of given the higher price to rent. 1) the oven is broken. Their replacement was a toaster oven, which isn’t suitable for cooking for a family of 4. This was not disclosed. There also aren’t many plates and utensils so bring your own if you’re going to eat a couple of meals here. 2) it’s located on PCH near the fire cleanup (also not disclosed) so there’s significant construction happening all day AND all night....

'Super soft sheets and cozy bedding in a quiet neighborhood made for a great night's sleep in this spot. Danny was an excellent communicator and the location was perfect for us to stay while we visited our family over the holidays. Full kitchen has everything you need to prep a meal and the living room had ample space to hang out. Great spot - will absolutely stay here again and recommend to others in the area!'

'Cozy, great views, and within minutes we walked intoTopanga State Park. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner in unit B and were grateful for the quantity of coffee a available. We inquired about a Scrabble game and received a new one at our door. The perfect holiday retreat!'

'Wonderful location, great trails right out the door, creek near by, sounds at night only of frogs and owls. Very nice and responsive hosts. Not for everyone; it is rustic, not elegant -- but exactly what we want. Also a great deal for the price. Having a full kitchen saved us a lot of money. '
