'The place says has ac only a fan. It has a very firm mattress if that is for you it is great. I have stayed at other properties they have and loved them but noticed no ac in any so afar. Love the location in mountain with nature around. The host are there by email fast and have a number to talk to you if need talk too.'

'Wonderful experience at Stay Awhile. Celebrated my mother's birthday in Malibu. The view was nice and the sound of waves crashing at night was serene. We were on the first floor...no stairs to navigate for my elderly mother. The amenities were great, comfortable bed and couch, and amazing bathroom. It was a quaint little temporary home. The facility was well maintained and a short walk to Nobu's was a plus. I would highly recommend this property.'

'We had hoped for a bit more access to beach view, sound or otherwise. Our view was street facing, which should be announced in listing. Wished there was access to beach chairs etc with each unit. For the units that have zero view of the beach, it would be nice to have access to a community area for beach viewing or relaxation outdoors. '
