'I loved my stay at this townhouse. It was VERY clean and decorated so cute. Towels supplied. The queen bed was so comfortable! The kitchen has everything that could be imagined. Walk right to the beautiful beach. So convenient! The beach isn’t crowded at all and that makes it even more relaxing. The townhouse even has a garage and easy parking. I am so glad I stayed here for my 60th birthday. It made it so special, I hope to come back again soon. I loved it! '

'Had a wonderful stay at oak Canyon Rancho. The most beautiful property. Everyone loved the yurt, oak trees, pool, and open field. We had a blast! Randy, the property manager was the best ever. Kindness, nicest, most helpful person. This is a gem of a location! Highly recommended. '

'In addition to a great experience at the property, the owner was willing to work with us on a late check out because I had a road race that ended afterwards. We ended up not needing it, but it was Great to have some options.'

'We love coming to this beautiful beach house for an annual three generation family weekend! This was our third time here, and as always, we found the house to be well stocked, immaculately clean, very comfortable and absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect, right on the sand!Owner Ellen, is very attentive, and quick to respond to any inquiries. We look forward to returning next year!'

'Our stay was for a retreat for 22 men. We ended up with 18. The house had a large living room that was ample space for the large group meetings. There were also other places that allowed us to have 4 breakout groups. The kitchen was well stocked for cookware, though we came prepared with electric skillets, stove top griddles and a coffee urn. We were disappointed that the barbecue did not work, but were able to improvise from our original barbecue dinner plan.Everyone enjoyed the beach house and...

'The minute we arrived, the kids's lit up when they saw the amazingly large pool. Andy got us checked in and we loved having so many bed options for the kids so they had their own spaces. We were actually working remotely and the wifi worked well enough for 3 of us on laptops and I was able to take meetings next to the pool! This worked perfectly for our needs and was only 5 minutes away from food options.'

'The house was spacious and grand - a great location and layout for our three generation group. We appreciated the family friendly furnishing and amenities, with a special shout-out from the kids for the delightful game room and beach toys! Zelman was very accessible and accommodating. 'I was in need of a rental home for 3 weeks. I could not have found a better home and host than right here. The communication was stellar throughout. The house has an incredible sense of remote rustic feel while being very close to Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, etc. I loved the ease of commute to LA where I was needed on business a few times. The back patio in mornings and evenings, the open air vibe with the sliding doors open in the cool CA air - all create an amazing atmosphere. I love to cook...

'Geweldige locatie en leuk om een keer in de Airstream te hebben ovetnacht. Het interieur was wel gammel inclusief de bedbank. Die is aan vervanging toe. Wij raden de verhuurder aan om de gescheurde kussen te vetvangen. Het is duidelijk dat je voor de plek en de belevenis betaald, maar is niet heel comfortabel en netjes.'

'A Dream Castle. Views incredible and very beach family friendly: small waves and shallow water. Kids enjoyed their private "basement" to relax after so much sand and water fun. We all said "Better than Hawaii"; it was an easier location for all of us to meet and cute town. The only small issue was the outdoor trash can was full when we arrived and not emptied, although the recycle was picked up. '

'Amazing property location, even for it being a 2 unit house. It was nice to have 2 fridges, coffee makers, twice as many dishes and cookware, many bathrooms to choose from, washer and dryer easily accessible in both units, etc etc. Really nice to have the downstairs unit because was perfect to separate the kids so they can sleep. Super quiet too. It also made it easier access for bathroom runs when out on the beach. I loved how the house provided all beach accessories and needs. From toys, to...

'We’re hooked on the Vintage Camper as an amazing solution for us for our out-of-town guests. The guests love it and the privacy it affords them that they wouldn’t have if they slept on our home-office couch :) Danielle delivers and takes away the camper with such ease each time, and we love the fresh citrus she brings our guests from her home. We will be booking again around Thanksgiving and Christmas this year.'

"+ Goed hotel op een half uurtje van LA + Vlakbij de snelweg + Grote gratis parkeerplaats (maar ook een groot hotel met veel gasten met auto’s. Let er dus op dat je niet laat op de avond aankomt of terugkomt. We hebben auto’s meerdere rondjes zien rijden op zoek naar een plekje)"

"Helaas hebben we een minder verblijf gehad in het hotel. De muren van de kamers zijn dun en de gast die naast ons verbleef vond het nodig om vanaf 5 uur 's morgens de televisie keihard aan te zetten .Met als gevolg dst wij (2 volwassenen en 1 kind) wakker waren. Kloppen op de muur of drur heeft tot niets geleid. Uiteindelijk de receptie gebeld en de situatie uitgelegd. De jongen van de receptie vond het vervelend en beloofde ons het op te pakken. Helaas gebeurde er niets. Er is dus niets mis met het hotel an sich, maar wel met de service van het personeel. "
